Yard Sale Fundraiser A Huge Success!
The Colchester Milton Rotary Club (http://www.cmrotary.org/) yard sale was a huge success this year generating over $1,600 in sales with 100% of the net proceeds to go directly back into our Colchester and Milton
Even when it started raining people kept coming, umbrellas in hand ready for a deal. Members of the greater chittenden county community donated items for sale as well as the members of the rotary club. Some unusual items were sold such as the Flamingo windsock that the president of the club was crazy enough to buy. Plus the guitar that was bought for a music teacher in a small elementary school in Vermont. The most interesting item was a bubble tower lamp.
