The Rotary Club of Colchester-Milton officially installed Aaron Glosser as their new president for the 2019/2020 fiscal year. Aaron has been a member of the club since 2016 and has held numerous positions within the club including chairing numerous committees and most recently vice president.

Aaron is a financial advisor with Edward Jones located on Watertower Circle and lives with his wife Anna and dog Charlie in Colchester. He is also a regular contributor to the Colchester Sun.

Aaron commented in his acceptance speech: “There are a diverse array of benefits that come with being a member of Rotary. Rotary International knows this and they changed our motto. We went from the motto: Service Above Self to the motto: People of Action. This is a tacit acknowledgment that although service is important, it isn’t the whole picture. We are People of Action for our communities, for our businesses and organizations, for our families and for each other. My aim this year is for our club to truly embody what it means to be people of action and then publicize it to our community. That will help us to attract other People of Action to join us and help us to do more.”

Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
