On July 8th, 2021 the Colchester-Milton Rotary presented the Food Shelves of Colchester, Milton, and the Champlain Islands with checks totaling $4,166.00 from this year's Fill The Truck For The Food Shelf campaign.
Club president John Abry presented individual checks to Marcia Devino the president of the Colchester food shelf, Sophia Donforth the Executive Director of the Milton Family Community Center, and Judy Ayers Director of the Champlain Island Food Shelf (not pictured)

This is the 4th year the Colchester-Milton Rotary Club has held the “Fill The Truck” event collecting food and cash donations for the Colchester, Milton, and Grand Isle food shelves. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic this year’s event was once again ‘virtual’ with all donations submitted online.

The Colchester-Milton Rotary would like to publicly thank all who donated. Club president John Abry stated “We continue to be amazed by the outpouring of support from our communities during these challenging times and are extremely thankful for the level of generosity of those who donated”

Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
