Janet Stecklare presented Emma Litchfield with the Colchester-Milton Rotary Scholarship at the Awards Ceremony held at Colchester High School on Friday, June 13th. Emma's dedication to serving others as president of the Colchester Cares Club, her recent certification as an EMT, and her ongoing support for the Unified sports basketball team make her a very deserving recipient of this honor.
