Rotarians Chris Pingert, Chuck Ginsburg, Ron Roberge (and family), Betty Koshinsky (and husband Dan) as well as visiting Rotarian Kent Booraem handed out over two thousand flags to spectators at this year's Colchester 4th of July Parade.
