Asst. Governor Rotary District 9211, Director SASCO-Education for Tanzania

Timothy Massawe is a lawyer in Tanzania. He is the founder and Director of the SASCO ORGANIZATION. Timothy is one of the charter members and Past President of Hai-Kilimanjaro's Rotary Club and is currently serving as an Assistant Governor in District 9211 which combines Uganda and Tanzania.

Founded in 2011 and operated by Tanzanians who are volunteers. SAIDIA  AGRICULTURE AND SOCIAL CARE ORGANISATION (SASCO)  empowers vulnerable children through Education. Candidates for sponsorship must be those who have academic potential but are vulnerable.

Currently, there are over 200 Tanzanian students who have been sponsored through this Organization. The organization has a very good reputation in Tanzania and has received a lot of awards.  No administration fee is charged. 100% of donations go to needy students. We have very good success stories of students who received sponsorship through our organization and are currently giving working and giving back to the community in Tanzania.  Most sponsors are Rotarians including the RIN 2022-2021 Jennifer Jones.
